UTKARSH SAXENA

Utkarsh Saxena holds a degree in B.A.LL.B. (Hons.) from National Law Institute University (NLIU, Bhopal). He holds an experience of 5 years in litigation and has also previously served as Law Officer in Bank of India. In his areas of practice, Utkarsh has advised and represented matters in District Court, Arbitral Tribunal, Quasi-Judicial Tribunals such as DRT, Jabalpur,(National Company Law Tribunal (NCLT), National Green Tribunal and Real Estate Regulatory Authority(RERA). He advises on Constitutional matters, Civil & Criminal matters, IPR laws, Employment Laws/ service matters and on corporate – commercial disputes in Banking and Finance.
